Is Jaycees website going live soon?Interesting enough a tracert to Jaycees.com works best from Germany, no lost packets.
From other destinations some lost packets or interruption at the start of tracert query or in the middle of the route.
1) Shopify is having issues?
2) Jayvees is working on their website on/off line?
3) Denial of service attack?
I doubt Alt could pull off #3.
That leaves #1 or #2.
