Taat strategy with 10 to 1 split imo.They will try to get their debtors to accept shares, then once the stock price goes down after
consolidation, they will pay less than what the original amount was.
But smart debtors see this scammm put on by taat mgmt.
And no, no one will lend to taat period. They are broke, huge debts, losing money,
mgmt not good, 118 million loss last couple of years and on and on.
Taat is on the way to bankrupcy folks.
The Company believes that the Consolidation will make the Company more attractive to financing opportunities, and will allow for the restructuring and settlement of certain existing liabilities. Completion of the Consolidation remains subject to completion of appropriate regulatory filings with the Canadian Securities Exchange.
