When I heard that I just took it as Patented and or patent pending. Meaning the same thing. I guess they're that confident in the patents which is a good thing. Being granted that is. But for all I know they may have been granted which would be great news. I could see that being a game changer at that point and possible buy outs could be in the works then. I think it's a grand slam when ...more

Takes about a year to a year and a half to get the patent. At this point I think someone has been assigned to the patent case by now, but the process should take a bit longer. In my opinion, she was just misspoken.
