Delta 8 skirts the current laws in the usa, which will be closed at some point, shutting
down the delta 8/9/10 products, imo.

Lawmakers are aware and this issue is not over with.

That can be discussed years from now because US Congress/Senate take years to get anything done. The tobacco industry is a prime example. Thousands of people murdered each year by tobacco and Congress/Senate has dragged their feet since 1960's. Lawmakers are looking for regulation because there are too many idiots out there who think they can make Delta products but in reality they could care

Not true. Lawmakers can change the instantly and they are already looking into it. Why do you think that more than half the usa its illegal ? There simply is no broad acceptance of thc/cbd products.  Funny you seem to think only a lab technician can make delta 8, but go on to say it can be made from yeast.
