Time to dump Taat stock? You decide.

With a heavy heart I make this somber post. I have come into new information that is VERY credible and gut wrenching but needs to be told.

1) Taat Global Alternatives Inc DOES NOT have any affiliation with Jayvees, none whatsoever. In fact Jayvees has no affiliation with even a Taat Global Alternatives Inc subsidiary.

2) Taat Global Alternatives Inc DOES NOT have any affiliation with LockHold.com (Kratom drinks) , none whatsoever. In fact LockHold.com has no affiliation with even a Taste Global Alternatives Inc subsidiary.

3) Taat Global Alternatives Inc nor any of it's subsidiaries have contributed any monies toward Jayvees or LockHold.com. Both entities have had to fund their own respective companies without Taat's help.

The fact that Taat Global Alternatives Inc , by ommission let shareholders believe otherwise is despicable to the nineth degree.

I won't be dumping my stock as a market sell, rather Taat will be my ($200,000) tax loss for 2023.

I have made large $$$ on other stocks this year, so my tax loss on Taat will be useful.

Everybody must make their own decisions about Taat I just in good conscience can't get past the fact Taat Global Alternatives Inc let us believe Jayvees was part of Taat Global Alternatives Inc. I can let LockHold.com not being part of That Global Alternatives Inc get past the sniff test, only because Taat didn't try to associate itself with LockHold.com in any way and neither did LockHold.com

In the final analogy it would seem Taat Global Alternatives Inc left Jayvees and LockHold.com to fend for themselves, thus both entities are endeavours owned by former Taat personal that were fired/layed off late 2022.

Thanks for posting, and I hope all new readers of taat would take into considertion that you were a long term holder, but now will write off taat as tax losses due to taat management.
