Whats coming for shareholders of taat
Taat has 7.7 million in current liablities so far, may be more after financials. So lets look at the best case, 10 to 1 split is 60 pennies per share. They would need to issue 12.83 millon shares after the consolidation just to pay their current liablities due by end of Dec 2023
That does not include other debts. Shareholders will get wiped out again, and taat stock will fall.
