TCEC's comprehensive 2024 drill program, spanning 1500m across two phases, is primarily focused on validating existing mineralization to further substantiate the project's resource potential.
During drilling, the first hole encountered multiple uranium mineralization zones over a depth of 13.5m, with standout results including 0.03% eU3O8 over 4.1 m, including 0.11% eU3O8 over 0.2 m,, underscoring the potential continuity of mineralization within the project area.
The second drill hole, aimed at extending mineralization from a historical source, identified several mineralized zones at depths below 132m, with notable findings such as 0.02% U3O8 over 1.3 m, indicating further potential for expansion.
Successful drilling operations not only confirm the presence of mineralized pegmatites and paragneiss within the project area but also provide a solid foundation for future exploration activities aimed at uncovering additional mineralization opportunities.
Samples collected from the mineralized intervals are currently undergoing thorough analysis. TCEC anticipates releasing more detailed results shortly.
With plans to resume drilling later this spring, the company remains optimistic about discovering further mineralization potential within the South Falcon East Project which boasts a historical inferred mineral resource of 6.9 Mlbs U3O8, indicative of significant exploration potential waiting to be tapped.
