RE:MANThat's right ..large debt,..over $550k..owed him, or should I say his numbered company. How legit is this debt and what services did his company of his provide. He already gets a very large salary over $500k, which is an outrageous amount for this Penny stock. How dumb does he think investors are ...they see this legal transfer and conversion as a means to line their pockets further with cash and shares and later dump them into the markets..Seen it all before...they all do it...and unfortunately they all get away with it...so sad..everyone please do your DD on this company..see this go to under .10 cents within 45 days or sooner, in my opinion...
