RE:WOWTotally agree...this is just the beginning of the END for TCF and the CEO. This measly $1.8mm placement is "NOTHING", compared to what they will actually require on this block. Not just to remedy the problems, If and when!!! ..but to continue with his 2024 drilling plan as he keeps telling everyone. Over and above those 2023 6 wells completed, they will require more than $26mm U.S. to continue to drill further new wells...This Guy!!! the CEO had for the last 2 years stated they were self-funded and would have no need to do financing ...WELL, we all know now..HE LIED...and only continues, in my opinion. Quarterly March 31 2024 Financials are out just filed, as per company...Interesting to see the huge losses reported and their cash position...LOOK-OUT, markets to react negatively to these results.
Do see share price tumbling to than .09 cents or less, very soon....Brace Yourselves!!!!
