TCF in LITIGATION?

I haven`t heard this before but i wouldn`t be surprized. Well  man  Clouder is the name and i have never shorted a stock,and i always do my DD,  man when i did my DD on TCF 2 years ish ago i was thinking about a 10 to 20 bag, but setteld for a 4 ish bagger on the warrants, but i got back in 2 times and lost some as the this story got souer ,   i have always though that Art was a fuddle duddle  but gave him a pass because i though he was special.....now i know that i was right ,he IS special alright.
