Trillion StockI like the prospects for this company, I own common stock and no warrants, but I am intrigued by the talk of twice as many shares if you buy warrants. My math says the oposite, if I buy a warrant for .19, I also have to include the .50 exercise price into the cost. You have no shares until you exercise the warrant. So the actual cost of the warrant is .69 to convert to one share. So for each warrant you buy and exercise I can buy alsmot two shares of common. The only way warrants are better is if you plan to sell them before the exercise price hits and they go up faster than the common. Just my oppionion, not advice.
