Karmanow ;Yes I do believe it will some day trade at a multiple of 10 . But it certainly isn't going to be for a while. Personally I think its trading at a net value of about a qwarter of net . None of these high prices of gas have been priced into this yet and I don't know if it ever will be. I understand nat gas is trading at some insane price of $70.00 per mcf in Europe. I don't know if anyone will ever get these prices. I'd be pretty happy to get some of that easy money but I think the best we're going to do is maybe $20.00 long term , which is still terrific. Anyways I think we're looking pretty good. Cheers
