Eight Capital has coved this company and gave it a buy rating with a $1.50 target value and they are now doing a financing with a 12% interest with a conversion of only .60 cents till April 2025....REALLY....Art (CEO) must resign ASAP, in my opinion...have seen these type of plays far to many times by CEO's...
