WOW, what's the money for?If Art announced he is going to bid on several blocks with great potential, you would be happy that you were informed, until you see that it peeked the attention of other companies and prices went through the roof for those blocks and Art has to do a further finance. Or saying he is going to put on another drill rig with the funds then some other company thinking about getting another rig snatches it up first because we announced our intent before executing on the deal.
I have little respect for investors in penny stocks that let their feminine emotions run wild. Art is not a liar, a likely situation presented itself and he is acting on it. Things change, one day we do not expect to need more finance, the next we do. That is what men do, women talk about how they feel about it.
