Actually those figures should be more than double:

Current contract is $15/Mcf instead of 12. 

Flow rates rates are about double what you assumed (seems you used net to Trillion figures as if they were gross) and they are currently restricted until they have 5-7 wells online when they'll  be able to allow wells to flow at maximum capacity

Also Trillion has huge tax pools so they'll pay no taxes for now
