I would suggest the exact opposite; what you saw this morning was a classic "fakeout shakeout" and sadly a lot of timid souls fell for the ruse and sold. TCF has now traded today the largest volume in two years, and that's not even including the ATS volume. If there were "bad news" the price would not be down only a penny as it is now, it would have been plunging steadily lower the entire day. As you can see, that has not been the case. I sense an imminent buyout offer by some Larceny League wanting to steal Trillion on the cheap. This morning's "fakeout shakeout" is exactly the sort of stunt such a groupe would pull as they try to accumulate as much as possible as cheaply as possible before tipping their hand and making their move. We shall see.
