Sorry, you have zero credibility with all the misleading comments made here including the latest big red herring. By the way, mr. "think first" , did you ever think with a conversion price of 60 cents your entire argument is moot? Nobody is chomping at the bit to convert 12% interest earning debt into stock at DOUBLE the current stock price. So what was your pointless comment about if not just stirring up some fud? I've seen no clear explanation of the terms of those debentures from anyone, including the generic sounding press release. The devil is always in the details, and nobody here has them, and neither does the press release. Somewhere on sedar the actual debenture document was filed but with the changes sedar made I don't have the patience to look for it.  Add "Read before you think".
