The CEO and others are shown below...covers last debt/conversion...last exercise of rights, and as of Jan 24th,2024 showing his last shareholdings balance...if you add the specific individuals line amounts...sums up total below...CEO has in his shareholdings currently at...approx..6mm shares in total...which represents under 5% of the diluted shares out..Others members, insignificate..So just to rebutt..your statement..Insiders have very small holderings in my opinion..Remember last August 2023, this CEO sold over 1.2mm shares into the market prior to the consolidation at a price of .30 cents..nothing here to say he wont do likevise and sell these 6mm shares at any opportunity he has , in my opinion..He is certainly not going to tell us with any advance notice when he does...RIGHT!!!
