WELL, WELL, WELL....Financing, NO SURPRISE!!!

Like I had said previously, ..which I had been seriously criticised for . They have been trying to raise financing like I had expected to thius day..Even had ART (CEO) go public with the notion that they were cash good and in no way were they looking to do any financing....So ART lied to us....and everyone dispelled the notion of a financing occurring anytime and how the cash was coming in big time to support the drilling phases completion. So now here we are...a $15mm convertiable debenture...So much in trusting our honest CEO...Like I said, he was working on this for a while and could explain why the share price was being suppressed ....Nothing more I hate in a CEO, that doesnt keep his word ..while results have been outstanding for sure, but if the share price doesnt reflect these outstanding results and shareholder value is not realized, then whats it all for....No surprise here, CEO has some explaining in my opinion...JMO

I think it will be shorted lived rise....until it actually closes. Look at that last equity raise last year...stock was trading at .29 cents and Art does initial financing at .16 cents and 2nd financing at .31 cents...How he got away with doing that deal is beyond me and how he managed to get EXCHANGE authories to approve it at the time. I was concerned then and questioned the CEO's true

Companies are not static, they change what they are going to do based on changes in the world. Yes..for sure I take it personally...I invested big time and I certainly dont like a CEO who has lied... Bulgaria...will and should be farmed out to another company with earn in....TCF in my opinion will not process solely on this ...they need a exploration partner to continue the drilling without any costs to TCF....this may or not happen and heard they have been trying to do just that..so far no takers..
