My take going forward!!!...

Our CEO has sold us out..and only conclusion is we are entering a merger of some kind soon with a stronger partner going forward..this company is very valuable and its leadership has been very disappointing, and I blame the CEO and its management, along with the board... for not leading us too that end of full value potential for the shareholders..We have been dragged down at the expense of retail investors who at the end do end up paying the price, unfortunately.. I believe a merger of some kind is in the works, as I feel its coming...stock price has been very much surpressed in the last 6 months or so..as reflected with all the great positive news releases, including today with huge reserve increases, and with very large volume traded and still modest price increase...WELL, in my opinion, its inevitable we are on the verge of a merger/ takeover very soon, call it which way you want , depending how you look at it, that $2 or 3 dollar or 5 dollar target many of yous had and were waiting for....ate going to happen...BY THE WAY, DONT WORRY ABOUT ART..our CEO...he will do just fine with all those cheap options and debt converted to shares over the last 2 years...and Im sure as most , not all CEOs he has a clause in his contract that bonuses would be paid if and when a negotiated take over/merger takes place at a value exceeding its current market value ...so, dont worry about Art, he will do just fine with his 11 mm+ shares and options...I feel this is getting too that point...DONT GET ME WRONG...we will all do well in that scenario...and no one will loose, but you will not get the true value of this huge "OCEAN OF GAS" as Art (CEO) as stated of us having many many times...What a shame!!!....this is all I can see, right now , and seeing how the stock price as behavide and been so suppressed.... only conclusion I have right now...Its Only my Opinion...and do sadly say, well at thuis point very much welcomed...lets get it over with...Art has a plan Im sure along this path...If we get a take-over at .65 cents a share at most, we are lucky...accept it and lets move on...

2 comments : A) Get a grip.  There are two many shares outstanding for it to be over 2 dollars anytime soon.     Over 400 Million shares.   For this to get to $2 anytime in the future the gas all as to be drilled and executing as it would mean the company is worth 2 BILLION dollars.   Remember , the company only owns 49% B) As the company only owns 49

Which means we have to double or triple plus our proven reserves. Turkey just announced mega proven reserves this weekend.  Keep drilling Art.

Who said anything about getting $2.00 take over...I simplely stated many have expectations of a valuation of $2,3, or $5 /share...Its not happening, if anything,  I cleary stated we"ll lucky if we would get .65/ share...and I suspect the buyer would be their Turkey state 51% owner partner...As they have more to say in any sales transaction...having controlling interest...We will see

Sorru,,,, no rea buuers for tuis stock imuui.  The bar was set at 60c. The raise wrote that in stone at least for the next while. Why did you have to raise 15m for a supposid self funding program. All is not good in the Trillion world. Pres Art better get his act together or this stock will be 30c in a heartbeat. Investors will start selling and the freefall will be unstoppable. No success
