What has changed sinse TCF was 30 cents pre consolidation, that is $1.50 post consolidation..(and TCF is only 45 cents now) ....1, TCF had a problem with 3 of 6 wells ,they are fixing this and are still making money from there oil and gas sales and yes they have about 150 barrles of oil a day production, 2 they are going to be putting the gas on FULL production soon, 3, this OIL play is getting closer and closer and the neghbours will be drilling off of our boarder real soon now, 4, the share price is a gift because of the forced sale of shares. 5, imo this gift will NOT keep giving....soooo do your DD.

And yah TCF has only 77 million share FD a very low share count without the warrants that are pretty much worthless imo and others.

Well...you know THIS is what has changed... 1) Out of 6 successful wells drilled...3 original producing wells encountered problems..As we currently know, they are trying to remedy this water build-up, but as of today, they are still Not Producing.. 2) Botas pricing to TCF had come-off of their highs of $30mcf....reducing their monthly revenues by half 3) Cash on Hand, much much less than ...more
