I glanced at it on my phone.  It was done at 0.09 if my eyes saw that correctly  We have been bamboozled again,

Placement is still open that's it. I think bamboozled if they lowered the financing price on the raise lol

Ya its still open, and from what I understand, the price has not changed and they have done 2 closings on more than the Company orginally set out for.

Selling the store at 9 cents.....man  and TCF is like 12 cents,  if i were in i would be selling...sorry.    and soon imo  to be enbroild in  a war zone...very likely  imo,    nah  location,location.....you know the rest.

Do you due diligence on war zones mentioned to you previously about my family in Turkey and there are no issues or concerns with safety measures there.  Next are you going to raise concerns about Belgium getting caught up in the Russia here soon lol Arbitrage opportunity with SP swapping open stock for subscribed stock right now.

I could car less about where they are at.  Why did they do a PP at 0.09 instead of 0.12?

Further PPs will follow as the CEO has completely over-scheduled himself. PP is also the easiest way to raise money without sacrificing your steady salary.

Because that's what they value the company at...9 cents. So today at 12 cents the company is significantly over valued. Do not pay any more than 9 cents for this stock until this placement closes.
