Firstly, a big shout out to Tijana and to Frank for sharing with this board! They do not have to do this but they do in order for potential investors to understand what is going on here. I believe that this is a truly rare find of investing opportunity....As Dr. Halleran says many times....What attracted him to this company was the various Assets it possesses...$600m of infrastructure bought for $2.5m .... and partnered with the Turkish Government that wants all the gas that can be produced at 3 times North American prices...Trillions $300m portion of the infrastructure is NOT on the books and will only be considered company assests once the 4 new wells are into production in a few months time.
I believe investors are getting in on the
"ground level" of an oil and gas company that will be extremely profitable this year and for many years to come. As Dr. Halleron (6 million shares) and our largest share holder (several million shares)
Why would either of the Drilling Companies front the expenses of $6m if they were not confident of not only the gas pools, but a bright future doing business with Trillion Energy?
I am impressed as and investor to see Dr. Hallleran taking steps to avoid share holder dilution with creative financing for the balance of the $20m american to bring on the 4 gas wells.
In his video's below, he clearly expects the free cash flow to move from $250K per month to a staggering $3-$4m once production is ramped up. What value will the market give for an oil and gas company generating $35m -$50 m per year? Its not guess work, the value will be based on industry accepted multiples.
Some Pending Milestones: A) Announcement of $20m Financing Secured for Gas Production Start Up ...likely within weeks.
B) Revised Reserve Estimate...even higher proven and probable..
C) Further exploration on the pending expansion of our gas leases in the black sea toward Tuna
D) Initial Drilling on our Oil Land next to the Turkish/Iraq border...I must admit this is one of my favorite pending milestones...and will be drilled in 2022 in order to keep the land in TCF:s hands.
