From CEO

From CEOGot this from the CEO board just now.

So I emailed the CEO Arthur today. He is in Turkey and just answered me an hour ago. When I first emailed him, it was 2 am there. But the question I asked was simply his view of why share price is going up yet there is no news. His answer was encouraging and so I asked him if it's okay if I share it? He said sure. So I will quote him: “Small fluctuations of 2 to 3c up or down are just what I call the wave effect of normal investor buying, it could be because of news or because a larger normal day of buying versus sellers not paying attention so there is a squeeze of available shares on the market. However, the other likely reason is that we have institutional investors that came in at the brokered raise buying shares at 31c and they see the current price as a bargain.

If you look at the volume of sales over the last few weeks (millions of shares per day traded) the buyers have to be groups with deep pockets and are the institutional investors, that is one of the reason we did the second raise as once you have them they usually create a floor price that they cannot resist to buy.

They are also in for the long term, usually 2 to 3 years and do not much worry about low prices and they hang on to what they have and buy more. They do not need news as they did all their calculations and research before they took part in the raise”.

I think he's correct. Institutions are buying in. That is great news
