RE:RE:Why The Freak Out ?. Uranus Is Coming . The "big boys" get the warrants for free when they invest in a companies financing and sell them when they are able as it is free profit for them. The Big Boys as you put it are the ones selling to the not so big boys. 
I am also not a fan of warrants at this time but a big fan of the stock. Good luck to all the investors and I hope the Warrants hit a home run for all of you and you prove me wrong.
