Fee for not being on siteI have waited for drill rigs many times in my chareer and yes there is always a clause that fines the driller if they are out of schedule but it also always excludes so many things like government inspections as you can not control when an inspector will show up. Now if they did not pass inspection we should get paid but if the inspector just is taking their time we won't. Also I was thinking this could have to do with the EU. They are a little mad at Turkey and may be holding back the inspection or licence. We will know soon I think.
