RE:$$$ ;I read that Turkey has applied to join the EU, and they are having to apply EU standards and rules to what they do. It likely would be a EU inspector as the inspection is taking place in an EU country. That inspection would cover the rig anyplace in the EU or countries that recognize their regulations. So it likely is an EU inspector and has to meet EU specs and regulations and Turkey will recognize that. With no information we all are stuck speculating on what is going on. Would be nice to get a brief update.
