Two Whales spotted!
There will be about 100 million shares of Trillion offered with this two tranche financing. So, that would equal about 50 million whole warrants to exercise. Art can accelerate the purchase of the .45 cent warrants once Trillion trades for 20 days or more over $1.00 per share. In theory, this mean that Trillion can expect to net (50m whole warrants x .45 cents each = $22.5 million new money )
This exceleration could occur sooner than many may think...
Important to remember that Turkish Petroleum owns 51% of the project and will match dollar for dollar the costs of planned drilling and hook ups.
I wonder if Turkish Petroleum will be joint venture partners for the future exploration for the 2 WHALES that Art has identified? If either of these pending areas prove to be gas laden, then Art believes they will be "T" trillion not "B" billion finds...and allow Trillion to possess one of the largest gas finds in the Black Sea ... and near to shore is a huge bonus...patience is required as the main act is yet to play....

The size of the current 4 pools looks very small compared to the 4 kilometer wide Whale! The other slide shows a massive ... massive potential Whale. My calculation shows the first Whale about 5 miles away from our current gas pools ... Not in the center of the Black Sea at 1 mile depths like the Turkish Petroleum's Tuna Discovery ....Wonder which Whale will be most cost effective for Turkish Petroleum to develop for energy independence?
