DEBT

Does  TCF  have a  DEBT?I was surprizd to find that a gas stock i WAS about to buy had a  $26 million debt when i thought it was DEBT  FREE.   i had to  dig for it.     I don`t like digging ,chit like that should be up front if you realy care for the investor.                  PS,   is  TCF  debt  free?

WOW sounds like a empty shell company...
Comment by CLOUDER on Aug 18, 2023 4:15pm
Not a shell,it is SOU, and they have a hedge to,i do not like the hedge.....buuuut it would have saved  TCF`s  butt   if they  hedged   at  $31  ish      eh.   i really don`t know if i will get into nat gas this late summer, i think i will just stay in  uranium.

What's a good Uranium company  ?
Comment by TheLandedEagles on Aug 18, 2023 8:39pm
If you like Uranium and feel highly confident in price going high and higher....VERY safe producers is CCO (Cameco)...and or DML (Denison)...or if you prefer riskier mid tier producer NXE (NEXGEN)...or  Junior exploration plays..either...FCU...FUU,....or CVV (CanAlaska)...could provide you with great upside...if you believe Uranium prices to excell to upside soon in the near future...Do your ...more

So mr dumphawk, you're not just here to spread piles of FUD? Your here to pump your book? Sorry, you have zero credibility with all the misleading comments made here including the latest big red herring. By the way, mr. "think first" , did you ever think with a conversion price of 60 cents your entire argument is moot? Nobody is chomping at the bit to convert 12% interest earning ...more

Further note....if and when a conversion of that debenture should likely take place at that .60 cent....THAT TRANSACTION to acquire the shares in exchange for that debt..would take place NOT in the public market,..but instead with Trillion directly and thru their treasury by issuing further new shares and causing further overall dilution for all shareholders...that would entail a further 25 ...more
Comment by Maxmoe on Aug 19, 2023 12:20pm
No! Really?? That's how a convertible debenture works??? Thanks captain obvious. Here's some facts about all convertible financings versus straight equity or straight debt. The TCF financing is almost the poster child example. They pay 12% interest, and the conversion price is at a 100% premium to the current stock price. At the time of issue, a more relevant gatepost, the premium was ...more

No lie so big! The Chief Prevaricator won't try to tell it.  I'm more convinced than ever they're someone who badly wanted in on either: one of the Private Placements or the Debenture - maybe both - and got told "take a hike" and, as one would expect, they're now  seething with rage, envy, and Sour Grapes. No surprise they're now trying Trick-Spamming, as ...more

I have just examined the actual Debenture Indenture as filed on the new SedarPlus database and there is not one single sentence, paragraph, clause, or any other sort of verbiage mentioning anything describing "SASB assets" and any such assets would have been described with excruciating detail including descriptions and exact locations of such "pledged ...more

I've examined it now, also, and concur with your findings. But based on other exchanges you've have with the entity in question, surely you realise you're dealing with someone of limited literacy, comprehension, and critical thinking; and reasoning with such an entity is an exercise in futility.  Their entertainment value has waned.  Now, they've become  nothing ...more

You tell em Cardinal...STOP YOUR FILTHY LYING if you don't like Trillion Energy MOVE ALONG...I'm sitting on the fence watching this story unfold...and if I see significant progress I will JUMP back IN.....but NOT until then....it takes time to build up a company...the BLACK GOLD play is intriguing to say the least...Turkey wants to be energy independent they import 99% of gas and oil right ...more

I see a BLOOD BATH for a while until BIG NEWS hits not much will happen currently it's a downward spiral from almost 60 cents to 29.5 basically HALF....investors are currently NOT happy. I say it like it is...no sugar coating a 100% share price loss in roughly 1 year.
Comment by Maxmoe on Aug 20, 2023 7:49pm
Yeah I'm not trained to play well with others. I don't take direction from anyone. Except maybe my grandkids.

Ok thanks...I will do research....it is the KEY to success.
Comment by TheLandedEagles on Aug 18, 2023 3:24pm
YES!!!, TCF has DEBT...the last $15mm was a debt finance...SECURED by the way...in order to get that money... CEO pledged SASB assets to acquire those funds....at a 12% annual interest rate...they are now paying and going to pay interest going forward...I had indicated that a while ago...Whats most disturbing is CEO has with that debenture restricted the company to further future financing needed. ...more
