YES...ONCE CONVERED...into shares...You stated trhey were not convertable until 4 months and hense the trading activity of today ....or close to that 4 month date...FACTS ARE FACTS...Debenture Holders could have converted right from the initial start and didnt have to wait a 4 month period as you had stated.....and really dont think they will ever convert than debt to equity any time soon,,,they
