I explained very clearly that 0.005 is the share price, based on a valuation of 100M for Canntab and the LOI that outlines how the current TFS shares will be converted into Canntab shares. If you can provide me with your understanding of what the LOI says and how it will affect current shareholders of TFS, I would love to hear it. But you are not providing me with this explanation. You are just saying I am wrong.
