Why would Fisher sit on the back burner they need to feed the mill they have. Seabee feed won't last forever. Plus you can see the interest SSRM has in Fisher by how much and how quickly they poured into exploration of the property.
Sorry my friend but you post reads like it's written by an insider trying to get TGC shareholders to sell at the current level and make this whole takeover easy.
Personally if this deal goes through sure TGC would drop a bit but they would still hold 20% of Fisher plus royalties plus some other really exciting properties just waiting for the Terralogic exploration team to really go over.
TGC is not a project generator like EPL, it's a Gold exploration company. And my earlier proposal that SSRM throw some shares into this deal seems much more equitable for all parties than just scooping up the property for peanuts.
So guys, IMHO, stop selling your shares at 25 cents unless you're thrown in the towel and vote NO.
