I dont typically turn to name calling but in your case Ill use your own chosen language. First I did not elude to the fact that sesssions did this because of canadian penny stock. I did elude to a fact that this move has been hanging over other TSE listed stocks that have had their trading rights threatened to be remove from the TSE if this happened.
Secondly your truley fooolish if you believe the federal government is in a position to do nothing. They are the government and if he (Trump) got a bee in his bonnet about it he could end this all in one presidential order and we could be told go fight about it in court . Not alot of companies can exist with out income while they waite the slow process.
Third tell me genious , if you were a state AG and the boss says ok we are going to start dealing with things the way the law is written, and you say nope not me. how long do you think before you are the one indeed not following federal law humm is it worth your freedom ?
