Clicking on the CSE link inside the memo above points to the conditions that all companies were to follow. I held three of the listed postions non of them followed the rules. Friday Night is listed as one of the targeted companies.

As for Aphria they have no issue with loans that is a US problem not a canadian one. See link below.
