RE:RE:Spire

RE:RE:SpireEffective March 2, 2018, the Company acquired a 100% interest in Spire Global Strategy Inc. (“Spire”), a private Canadian company. Spire is a provider of the security and logistics services. Pursuant to the Combination the Company issued 7,692,308 common shares with a fair value of $0.65 per share for total consideration of $5,000,000 to the former shareholders of Spire and paid transaction fees of $30,000. The acquisition has been accounted for as a business combination using the acquisition method. The acquisition aligns with the Company’s strategy to build a diversified business in the cannabis industry.

Spire seems to be garbage, until proven otherwise. But already bought and paid for. so its not relevant anymore.

Spire is pathetic.  Unless we're not understanding the value here and there is a great potential tha that has yet to materialize, I think it was a HORRIBLE purchase.

My rule of thumb is any investment should yield at MINIMUM a 20% annual ROI.  Thus $1 million per year revenue is the minimun a $5 million acquisition should generate.  We're only getting 7.2% annual ROI here assuming the revenue goes unchanged quarter to quarter.
