Are you a debenture holder??  Because I am and I support this motion.  If I wanted to liquidate my position at or above my principal value, I had lots of opportunity to do so over the last few months.

Instead, I would rather hold as I strongly believe in where this company is going, and EARN interest while waiting.  I strongly believe the company will be in a position to force me to convert my debentures before the principal is due.  Until then, I'm earning that interest :)
