Haven't heard anything as yet, though suspect by the action of the shares, down below 10 cents, that the request was rejected by convert holders .

I always appreciate that you are entitled to your opinion/guess Dumont but we are clearly in opposite camps on this one...in my opinion - not a chance this won't pass AND, in my opinion, with a very high rate of support...I assume we will hear soon about the results officially though

I was informed by someone close to the matter that they already have enough support to pass this through. It's a no brainer.

Thanks for the positive comments Transporter...and I absolutely agree with you Dumont - the approval and extension should at least make the share price a little bit more stable...good news as expected - but a lot more work to be done.

We have a strong relationshipwith Planet 13 in Nevada and work with them on joint marketing initiatives. I am not privy of any discussions regarding California. We are licensed for THC in Nevada only and so our AMA brand is not available anywhere else. Our Canna Hemp brand may be suitable but again, I don't have any information at this time. The meeting was held yesterday but no resolution

Quite frankly, Dashy old boy, I hope you are correct. It would be good for the share price and the company. However, I just don't think that the risk/reward is there for the Deb holders to extend. In any case, we'll soon see.

Are you a debenture holder??  Because I am and I support this motion.  If I wanted to liquidate my position at or above my principal value, I had lots of opportunity to do so over the last few months. Instead, I would rather hold as I strongly believe in where this company is going, and EARN interest while waiting.  I strongly believe the company will be in a position to force me

Well, that's what makes a market. In either case, I don't understand why it is taking so long for the company to actually announce the results, results should have been made bailable by the close yesterday. No reason I can see for withholding them.
