Arbutus22 wrote: Read Complaint: It sets out Discipline Authorized. Then, Relief Requested. Relief requested is nowhere near the maximum authorized discipline, i.e., this is a minor, first time offence. Next, this is only Relief Requested. Meaning, TGIF can challenge this at a hearing. Assuming a challenge, they would no doubt attempt to reduce the penalty. That said, TGIF had 20 days to respond, ie. Sep 13. Anyone have access to further legal documents showing what happened at hearing? In any event, as this was not disclosed via press release, this is not a material event, i.e., no material impact on revenue. Further, incident happened in Dec, 2020. License was renewed in May, 2021 so clearly regulators have no issue with operations; if they did, license would not have been renewed. At worst, an administrative screw up. Enjoy your weekend.
