Read Complaint: It sets out Discipline Authorized. Then, Relief Requested. Relief requested is nowhere near the maximum authorized discipline, i.e., this is a minor, first time offence. Next, this is only Relief Requested. Meaning, TGIF can challenge this at a hearing. Assuming a challenge, they would no doubt attempt to reduce the penalty. CCB agent reviewed the requested video surveillance footage and confirmed that the facility had experienced an electronic monitoring systems failure…   There was no system notification for this malfunction.    Sounds harmless and unintentional to me, they were probably unaware of this requirement for all NV cannabis companies and have already fixed the issue immediately

I am unable to get anymore information about the penalty for this minor infraction.... Just wondering if anyone else has received a response from the company as to why and how long AMA website will be down (20 days?) and if this suspension is due to this issue? Very stupid infraction they could have their growing license suspended.It is pathetic that they were not aware that the monitoring system was down.In the US they are very strict about security partly because of the product but mainly because of the amount of cash they have to deal with because of banking restructions.Very amateur and un professional mistake.I am in this stock but something this

Sure it's probably not the best but I would think this is not holding us back. The load of debt we carry and a timeline on that debt with extension is our problem. Space labs Rosen been here just over a year almost year and a half he's had to clean up a lot of problems they had other then the debt. I would atleast hang tight see what the numbers provide and make a quality choice from there

I wasen't aware that AMA's website was down. The last time I checked was last week and it was up. Rosen needs to be contacted immediately and asked about AMA's website and if the suspension is related to the surveillance camera incident.
