Good thing about Canaccord is they know how to pump; long history of dealing with small companies on the old vancouver stock exchange. Imo, Rosen wants to expand the business, he didn't want to pony up more funds, company didn't want to take on more debt, is taking a calculated risk by diluting equity which is tempered by current hot market and USA moving toward full legalization, and both
