And another Cess Pool of wannabe Americans Yes !!!! I am speaking of none other than TORONTO. Very likely that a 4th Covid 19 wave will hit them hard sometime in October.

Two cents: no way would govt lockdown again. This is the USA, not Ontario i.e., personal freedom and business interests are paramount. Health concerns will be the individual's choice, i.e. get vaccinated and reduce risk of death, or not. Either way, not the governments direct concern.
