Meaning there will be a whole bunch of traders who if this SP held would be instantly up 120%. I have also heard insider ownership is high with these guys, so a SP drive up (through insiders buying etc) would not definitely not be out of interest.
We had estimated a few weeks back .60 "with" a sales license.
