RE:RE:RE:WEEKEND GOSSIPKelowna is “OK” the surrounding Okanagon valley is nice. The downtown is nice by the water but the city itself isn’t all that great as a destination. It’s a popular spot for boaters and they have some decent wineries etc in the area but it’s not that exciting of a destination by any stretch. A lot of the B.C interior are about 10 to 15 years behind a lot of cities but that’s to be expected. Small town B.C. Is still a bit local yokel feeling. Nelson and the south west kootnays are way nicer imho.
