RE:RE:News !!!!

RE:RE:News !!!!
I drove by the Acland Road building a couple of days ago. There are still quite a few other tenants there, it is not nearly all THC Biomed.  Not sure about this talk of 2nd floors. Many of the units are floor to ceiling with no 2nd floor. There are windows at ground level that are large floor to ceiling type and then regular windows above that ... some do look like there might offices there, but some I've seen in to are one big unit floor to ceiling.

I'm a long term investor in THC BioMed and I want to see them do well. I believe they are being conservative in their business plans and taking things one step at a time.

The other thing is the City of Kelowna is still deciding where it is going to allow Cannabis retail. they are behind some of the other municipalities in regards zoning. I've talked to a couple of city councilors 2 weeks ago and they just say it's complicated as to where they are going to allow pot stores. I'm hoping Mr Miller is in discussion with city staff who strongly influence this city's council, and in discussion with the councilers themselves about the property purchased downtown. Even if it is zoned "industrial" it is in an area the city wants to promote as their "cultural district" and unless he has their ears and understanding they may not go with what Mr. Miller expects.
