if there is/was ever going to be an explaination for the writedown, the place to do it would have been in the MD&A.. seeing as they chose not to say anything, I doubt that there will be anything mentoined about it ever.. the MD&A to the end of fiscal year. any of the activity since then isn't mentioned.. the weekly drawdowns in feb and march, and the new office space wasn't in the MD&A..

so why would they add a comment about an event that occurred prior to January 31st in the april monthly report.. that makes no sense.

best case might be to call IR and ask about it,
