I will agree that everything on the OCS is really dry - they need to open more stores so that the product is moving to as many buyers as possible - that's why mail order is BS and the black market thrives. Government has it work cut out - remains to be seen whether they can fix this mess. I am sure in time it will get sorted - until then enjoy the dry weed, suppose it's better than no weed, lol
