When the news of purchasing a property came out a few months back I also did more due diligence and spoke to the realtor and confirmed that this particular property is sold conditional on acceptance of the variance 2 THC biomed.. my due diligence also tells me that THC attempted to purchase this place in the past but the stars didnt align.
