They should have offered this to shareholders two years ago instead of Alumina at a discount of 25%. Those financing deals were ridiculous and just drove the SP into the basement. The raises offered are out to lunch in my opinion as well. .18 - 3 mos, .25 - 3 mos, .50 - 3mos and .80 for 15 mos. You'd be better off just buying a bunch at .14 - .145 and roll the dice. This won't have a Mrkt Cap of greater than 100 mil for a while unless everything that was applied for gets approved and produced with sales numbers posted in financials within the next 6 months. The only offer here that may benefit a participant is the first two at .18 and 25 and that will be purely based on speculation of upcoming financials.
