Word on the Street tells me TMAS Mgmt purchased their shares in a nonbrokered PP Dec 15/20.
The non-brokered PP closed over night on Dec 16/20 just before Temas signed off the LOI Agreement with Erin Ventures at Piskanja on Dec 17/20.

IMO, clean & slick action by MD and I suspect the warrants will be converted to common shares before Dec 16/22. This was an excellent buy of 12M units with warrants at $0.05/share, slightly cheaper than today's price.
