A bunch of private deals were made. 1 Million done at 1$ a share, 300 000 @ 0.71$ And it's entered into a deal with another company in Serbia.

Yeah. They started those private deals a while ago. The stock has risen so fast in a week those deals look like a bad thing now. I'm sure if management new stock would be over $2 they wouldn't have needed to make those deals or for more value at least. confidence will return.

i bought in yesterday too for 10k shares and this thing happened.. FML I will hold till 2.00 and revised my position.

Yes. But the dip. This is the stock market. Not for the faint of heart sometimes. It will come back for sure. my guess is we will up around $2 in a week or two. It will take a day or so for price to settle. Shake out weak hands. Stock will rise after news of private deal is behind us.
